Its a nice and safe place,i
have nice and friendly
neightbors.the rent is
cheap.The only thing what i
dont like bout this place is
the trash everywhere.a lot
people dont care they leave
the trash everywere.

Living at Shadow Mountain
Villas is great. They allow
pets which is great because I
have a dog named Spotty and we
are inseparable. They are also
located 5-8 minutes from utep
which is great because I'm a
student and I don't have to
waste gas or wake up too early
to get there. The office staff
and maintenance are also
friendly, so it's definitely a
place I would recommend people
to check out and possibly live
here if they feel the same way
as I do.

Its ok.. but whenever you need
repairs or maintenance it
takes months.
